About Us

The Pizza Lady has a long history in the Westerly/Pawcatuck are dating back to the 1940's, when Rose La Pere Prevenzano, my great aunt, baked pizza in her basement in a wood fired oven.

After baking through the night she would drive through the local neighborhoods, knocking on doors to sell her pizza. Many people today can stilll remember, as kids, seeing her pizza wagon coming down the street and exclaiming, "Here comes the Pizza Lady!"

The tradition has been passed down through the generations. Now their children and grandchildren have grown with the Pizza Lady. I'm proud to be a part of that tradition as a child, and continuing it today, and for years to come.

My staff and I will do our best to make your pizza nice-anice! Come and visit us. Be a part of the Pizza Lady.
